Track your order

When tracking is available, the tracking link is sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch. You can also review order updates from your order-status link.

If you have not received tracking after the 3–5 business-day processing period, email support@velinorhome.com with your order number.

Standard transit normally takes 7–21 business days after dispatch. Carrier scans can occasionally take several days to update.
