Shipping policy

We currently ship orders to addresses in the United States. Orders are prepared and dispatched from Vietnam.

Processing and delivery

Order processing normally takes 3–5 business days. Standard transit normally takes 7–21 business days after dispatch. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is therefore 10–26 business days. These estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, customs delays, severe weather and carrier disruptions.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is USD $10 for orders below $70. Standard shipping is free for orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is available for USD $15. The rates and available services shown during checkout are the amounts that apply to the order.

Tracking and address accuracy

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Customs and import charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import charges. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for charges imposed by local authorities.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or an order arrives damaged, contact us at support@velinorhome.com with the order number and relevant photos. Please report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
